Experiential Training for Social Workers: Facilitating Mindful Movement and Flow
This experiential training equips social workers with practical tools to integrate mindful movement into their practice. Drawing on techniques inspired by Pilates and Yoga, participants will learn effective stretches, gentle movements, and breathing exercises to help clients:
