Grievance Policy
All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within ten working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days.

How Do I Sign In?This is a LIVE Zoom session and will start on-time. Please follow these steps to ensure that you are able to attend: Once you register, check your email. The link for the Live Zoom session will be emailed to you. You will be registered for the event but need this link to attend. This event will start ON TIME. Please sign in 5 - 10 minutes early to ensure that you have no technical issues that need to be addressed. How do I get my CE certificate?In order to get your CE certificate, you must complete the course survey. You will have access to the course survey five minutes before the Zoom session ends. Once you complete the course survey, your course completion code will be emailed to you.
